It does not interest me what you do for a living
I want to know what you ache for
if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing
It does not interest me how old you are
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love
for your dream
for the adventure of being alive
It does not interest me what planets are squaring your moon
I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow
if you have been opened by life’s betrayals
or have become shriveled and closed
from fear of further pain
I want to know if you can be with joy
mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness
let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes
without cautioning us
to be careful and wild and gentle
to remember the limitations of being human
If you can bear the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless and faithful
and therefore trustworthy
I want to know if you can see beauty
even when it is not beautiful
see it every minute of every day
And if you can source your own life
from its presence
I want to know if you can live with failure
yours and mine
and still stand at the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
It does not interest me where or what or with whom
you have studied
I want to know what sustains you
from the inside
when all else falls away
I want to know if you can be alone
and if you truly like the company you keep
in the empty moments
It does not interest me who you know
or how you came to be here
I want to know if you will stand
in the center of the fire with me
and never shrink back

For whatever reason I chose you to sit next to on January 3rd on my southwest flight home,
& for whatever reason no one sat in the middle seat on a crowded holiday flight.
& for whatever reason you could overhear my upset-ness and saw the tears I kept wiping away.
& for whatever reason, you found that part of your heart to reach out to me and assure me that everything was going to be okay.
& for whatever reason, you assumed I was strong, smart, beautiful & brave.
& for whatever reason, you told me those things and smiled for me.
To that lady, thank you. I finally believe you.
Never be intimidated to show love to a stranger

I stole it from my sweet sorority sister www.lileemarie.blogspot.com
"Chocolate Eclair Cake
1 box graham crackers
2-(3 1/4-ounce) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 container of chocolate frosting
Mix pudding and milk until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip until blended well. Set aside. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish with whole graham crackers. Pour half the pudding mixture over graham crackers. Layer again with graham crackers, rest of pudding mixture, then top with whole graham crackers again. Remove foil top from frosting container, and heat in microwave for 15-25 seconds (to melt for easier spreading). Pour icing and spread evenly over top of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!

You are here! With much anticipation you have arrived to two wonderful parents and even more wonderful families. We are all so excited to watch you grow, prosper and become the stud athlete you are destined to be. You have been given to two dear friends of mine who have been in my life for over 20 years. I was there the night they met, the night they got engaged, the night they got married and the night they found out you were a him. Your grandpa Ted was my favorite softball coach and grandma De used to cheer your mom and I in volleyball when we were in middle school and at Florida State. Speaking of Florida State, you will go & you will love it - the only exception will be for the Ivy Leagues. Your Aunt Tracy and I used to drive together & occasionally get in the tinciest amount of trouble, your Uncle Justin was in my mom's class, our bonds are deep! As my birthday twin, we already have a big deal of a bond and I promise to be the cool Auntie A.D.Jay.
I will be there for you, support you, pray for you and look out for you. Fort Lauderdale can be a tough place to grow up so do not be afraid to look to the Godly community you have been placed in for accountability and example.
I am so excited to see the man you will become. Love you Tank

During a recent password audit at a company, it was found that a blonde receptionist was using the following password: MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofySacramento When asked why she had such a long password, she said she was told that it had to be at least 8 characters long and include at least one capital.

These cupcakes are so moist, so delicious, so RED, and so completely guilt-free, that writing extra words to introduce this recipe would be a complete and total waste of everyone's time. So here ya go... HG's Red Velvet Insanity Cupcakes!
6 tbsp. Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
6 tbsp. Cool Whip Free, thawed
1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
1 cup Pillsbury Moist Supreme Reduced Sugar Cake Mix, Devil's Food**
1 cup Pillsbury Moist Supreme Reduced Sugar Cake Mix, Classic Yellow**
Two 25-calorie diet hot cocoa mix packets
1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
1/8 tsp. salt
Place half of your chocolate chips (2 tbsp.) and the contents of both cocoa packets in a tall glass. Add 12 ounces of boiling water, and stir until chips and cocoa mix have dissolved. Place glass in the freezer until mixture is cold (about 30 minutes). Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix together marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp. Splenda until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Place bowl in the fridge to chill until cupcakes are ready to be frosted. Once the cocoa in the freezer has chilled, give it a stir, and pour it into a large mixing bowl. Add the cake mixes, egg substitute, remaining chocolate chips, red food coloring, 1 tsp. Splenda, and salt. Using a whisk or fork, mix batter for about 2 minutes (until smooth and blended). Batter will be thin, but don't worry, your cupcakes will puff up once baked! Line a 12-cup muffin pan with baking cups, and spray lightly with nonstick spray (or simply spray the pan with nonstick spray). Evenly spoon batter into the pan. Place pan in the oven, and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Cupcakes will look shiny when done. Once cupcakes have cooled completely, evenly spread the frosting over them. Enjoy! MAKES 12 SERVINGS

I have always gotten golden retriever or the occassional lion. I take it as a compliment because I love my goldens :) and they are known for being loyal, protective companions (who also shed and hate being alone - take the good with the bad)
here are some web examples:
next time your in a crowd - this game works in any setting - i betcha start pairing people up!
so who is your animal counter-part? don't be embarassed...
Y gold for goldens :)
I recently started working for a fund management company. I work with our properties and keeping our investors happy & in the loop, as well as most of the accounting - which for someone who got their only C in college in Financial Accounting - is quite daunting. but my boss has something in me that I've never really felt in other jobs - CONFIDENCE. he trusts me to make decisions about a lot of things and has never doubted my abilities. it is a nice feeling to have some stability in my life - well at least in my professional career.
in 12 days, GW and I are going to CHINA!!! one of her brothers lives there with his new wife & my sister's sister-in-law & husband also live there (in Beijing). I am so excited, I have never traveled anywhere with such a language barrier. we are pretty sure we are going to get lost everyday, but at least we'll be able to see over everyone's heads to find our way :) I recently watched an Oprah about cultural beauty & in China, tall people are considered successful and women want to look like Barbie. okay well I have the height, and I dont think I am anywhere as pretty as Barbie would be - but I do have blonde hair! GW is pretty tall too & she is blonde.. oh man, I am just really pumped.
I have a new career dream - paint studio!
I am sad about something but I feel like posting about it is just dwelling on it, and that is not my style.
