short wednesday

1. disappointed in American Cream
2. bikram was a great success, round 2 tonight
3. signing up for 10k for Military Families, training night 1 was a success
   *I made up my own schedule, something like this:
     Week 1: Run 30 minutes straight, 2-3x
     Week 2: Run 42 minutes straight, 2-3x
     Week 3: Run 54 minutes straight, 2-3x
     Week 4: Run 66 minutes straight, 2-3x
     Week 5: RUN 10k in under 65-75 minutes. (slow & steady bay-bee)
4. just paid my car tag, half of my tax refund back. empty bank account!
5. wedding season 2011. count is at: 3! Woo-Whoo!
